We’re proud to announce that Pod Point is bringing its award-winning home charging system to Spain, through a partnership with solar equipment specialist SeisSolar.
The arrival of our Solo 3S home charger in Spain marks the beginning of Pod Point’s international expansion, first outlined in our Powering Up strategy. In line with our mission, we will bring easy and affordable EV charging to a new audience as we support drivers in Spain to make the EV transition.
The Solo 3S EU is based on the UK version of the charger, but with modifications that make it more appropriate for the Spanish market and its warmer climate. It, of course, includes solar integration, which allows customers to potentially charge their EVs for free at times if they have solar panels.
